How does it work?
You buy it, and a minute later an email arrives with a link to your own panel and the password that opens it. Inside, you add the recipient, your photos, your places, your words and your music, at whatever pace suits you. When it is ready you publish it, and you get one private link to send them.
Can I customise the experience?
That's the whole product. Every chapter — the cover, the letter, the map, the soundtrack, the countdown — is yours to write, reorder or leave out.
Can I add photos and videos?
Photos, yes — up to 25, and each one arrives with its own caption, date and the place it happened. Video is not part of the gift yet.
Can I add music?
Yes — add the songs that belong to the two of you and they become the soundtrack of the story.
Can I add a map?
Yes. Add the places that matter and they become a map they can move through, with a memory waiting at each point.
Can I protect it with a PIN?
Yes. Set a four-digit code and the gift stays closed to anyone who doesn't have it.
Can I edit it after I've shared it?
Yes. The link stays the same, so anything you change or add later simply appears the next time they open it.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
It opens in the browser on any modern phone, tablet or computer. There is no app to install on either side.
What languages can I write it in?
Any language you like — you write the words, so the gift is in whatever language the two of you speak. The store itself is available in the languages listed in the footer.
What currency will I be charged in?
Your own. Prices are set in local currency for the United Kingdom, Europe, the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand, and checkout charges in that same currency — no conversion surprise at the last step. Use the country selector in the header to switch. If your country is one we cannot charge locally, you will see pounds sterling and your bank converts at its own rate.
How fast is delivery?
The link and password reach you as soon as the payment clears — it is digital, so there is nothing to post and nothing to wait for. How long the gift itself takes is entirely up to you; most of it is deciding which photographs to use.
