Where did my link go?
It came with your order confirmation, from the address the receipt came from, within a minute of paying. Search your inbox for “Write & Hear” and check the promotions and spam folders — order emails land there more often than anywhere else.

What was the password for?
The same email carries a password. It opens your panel, which is where you add the photographs, the places, the songs and the letter. It is not the four-digit code your recipient types — that one you choose yourself, inside the gift.

Can I come back to it later?
Yes, as many times as you like. Nothing expires and nothing is deleted. Close the tab halfway through writing the letter and it will be exactly where you left it.

I already sent the gift. Can I still change it?
Yes. Edit anything in your panel and it simply appears the next time they open it — the link you gave them never changes, so you never have to send an awkward second one.

What if I used the wrong email address?
Email us from the address you would like it moved to and tell us the order number. We will move it, once we can see the order matches.
We can resend your panel link to the email address you ordered with. We cannot send it anywhere else — it is the one thing standing between your gift and a stranger.
